If you would like your position on a bill to be reflected in our committee analysis, please send us your comments in written form. Position letters should be submitted through the Advocacy Portal. Letters will also be accepted via mail or email at SPDTCP.Committee@sen.ca.govThe Committee's letter deadline is seven days before the hearing at 12 p.m., unless stated otherwise. Letters submitted after the deadline may not be reflected in the analysis. All letters received will be kept as part of the Committee's official legislative records and may be read into the record or reprinted. Please note: Committee staff are not responsible for distributing letters to Committee Members' offices, authors' offices, or other committees. You are encouraged to email or mail your letter to each member individually.
